Putting the reflective material on top, could cause condensation between your body and the sheet, that could lead to freeze. There are many factors that can affect this phenomeno, such as the temperature, the sleeping bag and the way every person sleeps. Before you bring this system in cold weather conditions, test it in milder weather. To avoid this phenomeno you can put the reflective sheet between the plastic and the foam pad. This way you will create some extra air between the body and the reflective material, but you will loose on the level of reflectivity.
